SALON POLICY 

 

Hello and welcome my name is Wonder and im the founder of Crown Perfect. I have been styling hair since the age if 15, it has been my passion and partly because my mother wasn't so great with managing my thick hair. 

The hairdressing industry is constantly expanding and evolving with new trends. So i keep up with whats new and effective to my clients. I specialize in hair extensions and wigs although i style, cut and colour all hair types. Hair extensions gives that extra punch to the everyday women. With over 14 years of experience i happy to say im a expert in my field.

Deposits

All appointments now require a deposit of 30% of the booking value. This will only be refunded if 48-hour cancellation notice is submitted prior to your appointment. The great thing about paying a deposit is you have less to pay on your appointment day.

 

Fairness Policy

In return i agree that if we need to change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and your booking has stood for more than 48 hours i will endeavour to offer you another appointment on the same day.

If i am unable to offer you an alternative appointment* on the same day i will gift you with half of your appointment value when you return for your booking.

*In rare cases of adverse weather conditions i.e heavy snow, for the safety of yourself and i, all appointments will be rescheduled for another day. Updates will be published on my Facebook page @CrownPerfectHair

 

Lateness

If you are late for your appointment the time comes off your appointment and i cannot guarantee you the full service, you booked for, but i can guarantee your stylist will do everything they can to make you look and feel amazing in the time they have.

If you are excessively late i will reschedule your appointment for another day if you have paid a deposit that will be lost, and you will be required to make a deposit before your next appointment.

If i am late starting your appointment your service is not affected.

 

In the service industry appointment times can be unpredictable so i base them on averages. I cannot guarantee you will be in and out of your exact booking time so please make appointments when you are not in a rush to get out at a specific time. I want you to have the best salon experience and rushing will not only compromises your experience but adds stress and pressure to me.

Salon price

My price may change after a consultation you will be informed before taking any salon services.

 

Refunds

All salon services are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation policy

Need to cancel your appointment?

48 hours cancellation notice is required, any cancellations 24hours before your appointment will be classed as No Show. Unfortunately, you will not get a refund of your deposit. You will be required to make a 30% deposit booking value before your next appointment.

 

Loyalty cards

You will receive a free loyalty card after your 3rd visit with us. We will issue you 1 loyalty card every 6 months which cannot be transferred to another person.

From the date, you receive your loyalty card will be valid for 6 months.

The loyalty card is not in conjunction with any salon or online special offers.

Loyalty card must be used at the time of your service if you forget we will not carry it over to your next service.

Loyal cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for goods or services.

If you have lost your loyalty card a replacement card is £5.

 

Extra guest

Due to the size of the waiting area,  i am not able to accommodate people that are not booked with me.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with your experience at Crown perfect.  Please let me know as soon as possible. I care about my clients and in no way would want you to leave the premises unhappy. I will try my best to resolve any issues you may have quickly and professionally. 

Appointment allocations 

During our salon opening hours, i aim to serve no more than one clients at a time to keep the exclusivity and quality control of my work.

 

Ordering hair extensions and wigs

If you like to purchase hair extensions please order at least one week in advance of your appointment, i can’t guarantee the length, texture or grade will be available on your appointed day. Any questions please call me on 07412777130

 

Data Protection Act 2018

Crown Perfect may collect information about you when you book your appointment. 

Like your name, phone number, address, age and email address. 

 You have the right to check, amend or remove your personal information from our record anytime, please call  or email me at info@crownperfect.co.uk. If you want your personal information i hold about you sent in the post to you, it will be free of charge excluding postage and packaging. If you choose to have your personal information removed from the database, please contact me and i will have your information removed within 30 days of your request.

 

From time to time i will text, call and email you with special offers and promotions. I will ask for your consent beforehand. If you change your mind and wish to opt out please contact me or ''opt out'', i will remove you from our marketing data.

I will never sell, misuse your information or give your information to a third party relating to my services without your permission.

Crown Perfect Salon accepts booked appointments only. I do not accept walk-ins.
