These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website. By ordering goods from Crown Perfect you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

Age restriction 

In order to purchase products from Crown Perfect, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Crown Perfect retain the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 

Hair treatments, colour variations and curl pattern.

One hair donor per bundle, not one bundle will be the same. We will try to match curl patterns and colours as close as possible however it is not guaranteed you will get an identical match. Please bear this mind before ordering from our Raw hair collection.


Crown perfect will not be liable to alterations done by you if you wish to colour/bleach, perm, chemically treat your hair extensions.



Order processing schedule

All orders will be processed up to three business working days, promotion deals and major sales processing time may take up 8 working days.

Pricing & Errors

 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on www.crownperfect.co.uk are correct, errors may occur. Any omissions in any product literature, quotations, price lists, invoices, other documents or information issued by Crown Perfect shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Crown Perfect. 



Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.

We accept most major credit, debit cards and Cash (in-store only)


Order Errors and Shipment Delays 

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out goods within the specified time frame as promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for any unplanned delays. 

All order errors must be reported 3 business working days from the date of receiving your delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we will resend the correct item or issue a refund. However, the incorrect product must be returned to us prior to re-shipping the goods or refunds.


Before returning your items, please contact us. You have up to 14 days to inform us that you no longer wish to keep the product and up to 14 days to return the item(s) back to us.

Products must be in the original condition for us to honour a refund or exchange. If items arrive back with us and are outside of their original condition it will be at the discretion of our team to decide whether we are able to honour your request.

We do not accept the following:

Hair which has been treated with colour, bleach or styling products.

Hair which has been cut.

Hair that has been removed from original packaging. Whilst this may appear to be unfair this is enforced for hygiene purposes. 

Hair packaging which has had labels or tags removed.

Hair which has been exposed to cigarette smoke. As the product we are dealing with is human hair, the scent of smoke will adversely affect the quality of the hair extensions.

Hair which has been used/worn.

Hair that has been exposed to seawater or chlorinated water.


International Shipping  Custom duties

Please note that for international shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Should you fail to settle any outstanding duties and taxes and the goods are returned to us, any return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Should the return costs exceed the original value of the order, your parcel may be destroyed by the courier handling your shipment, with no refund offered.

Outside of these conditions, we won't be able to issue a refund.

    Customized orders

    Customized orders are non-refundable and cannot be amended once your order is processing. 

    All Sale items are final.
